Patrick graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Accounting. He began his career in the construction industry by joining Hanson Construction Materials’ Graduate Management Development Program in 2013, gaining experience across the Ready-Mix Concrete and Hard Rock and Sand Quarry supply chains.

From 2015 to 2022, Patrick held various key roles at Hanson, including Plant Manager for Bathurst and Lithgow, Project Manager for the North Rapid Transit Concrete Supply (Sydney Metro), Mobile Plant Manager for the Carmichael Rail Network Project in Queensland, and Technical Manager for the Major Infrastructure Project Team on Sydney Metro. Most recently, he operated the onsite Wet-Batch Concrete Plants, servicing the Pavement Team for the Western Sydney Airport project with Acciona, and the M12 West project with CPB.
