Jack brings a diverse and hands-on background to his role as Executive Manager of Gunlake Quarries. His career began in the rugged landscapes of Northern Australia, where he worked as a station hand on a cattle station in the Northern Territory and as a bull catcher in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia.

Returning to New South Wales, Jack completed a Mobile Plant Mechanical apprenticeship with Westrac, the Caterpillar dealer, gaining experience in maintenance, field service, and machine rebuilds. He then transitioned to a field service technician role, flying in and out of Port Hedland and Broome, WA, where he serviced large-scale mining operations across the Pilbara, managed planned rebuilds for fleets in the iron ore port, and supported remote cattle stations with mechanical repairs.

After relocating to New South Wales, Jack founded a mobile mechanic business, providing specialised services to clients in the mining, quarrying, civil, and agricultural sectors. His broad expertise and practical experience make him a valuable leader at Gunlake Quarries, where he continues to support the team with a strong focus on operational efficiency and service excellence.
