Mat is a seasoned professional with a Master’s Degree in Work Health and Safety (WHS) from the University of Wollongong. With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries—including Construction, Horticulture, Manufacturing, and Mining—Mat brings a wealth of knowledge to the Gunlake Quarry team. Before joining Gunlake, he held National Safety roles with Rocla and Fletcher Insulation. 

For the past two years, Mat has served as the Operations Manager for Gunlake Quarry, where his people-focused approach and strong leadership skills have been invaluable in upholding high safety standards and fostering a positive culture.
